Программа лицензирования Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014» дает компаниям возможность приобрести на конкурсной основе права на использование объектов исключительной интеллектуальной собственности — талисманов, лозунгов, пиктограмм Игр и прочей Олимпийской и Паралимпийской символики. Прежде всего, в программе речь идет о продаже права на использование логотипа «Сочи-2014» до 31 декабря 2014 года и эмблемы Олимпийского комитета России до конца 2016 года.
